Privacy at WildNutri Pro

Information we process

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers and account-security metadata required to sign in.
• Terms acceptance: the version of the Terms accepted and the date/time of acceptance.
• Subscription information: plan and entitlement status, renewal/expiry context and transaction identifiers needed to provide paid access. Apple purchases are processed by Apple and subscription entitlement processing may be provided through RevenueCat; WildNutri Pro does not receive your full payment-card details from Apple.
• Support communications: information you choose to send when contacting support or marketing.
• Animal/ration inputs: information you enter into calculators is used to perform the requested calculations. Do not enter confidential personal information into animal nutrition fields.

Why we use it

We use account and entitlement data to authenticate users, enforce accepted Terms, provide subscribed features, restore purchases, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and maintain the service. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Apple subscriptions

On iOS, subscription purchases, renewals, refunds and cancellation are handled through Apple. WildNutri Pro receives entitlement information needed to unlock the service. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.

Service providers

WildNutri Pro uses service providers required to operate the platform, including authentication/database infrastructure and, where enabled, subscription entitlement infrastructure. These providers process information only for the service functions for which they are engaged and according to their own applicable terms and privacy obligations.

Retention and security

We retain account and subscription records while needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes and maintain platform security. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices and account deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly inside WildNutri Pro from Account & Privacy. Account deletion removes the WildNutri Pro account and associated account data that we are not legally required to retain. If you have an Apple auto-renewable subscription, cancelling that subscription is a separate Apple action; deleting the WildNutri Pro account does not itself cancel Apple's billing.

Children

WildNutri Pro is a professional/educational animal-nutrition service and is not directed to children. Institutional administrators are responsible for ensuring any student access is provided in accordance with applicable law and institutional policy.

Changes

Material privacy changes will be reflected in an updated version/date and, where appropriate, notified through the service.
